(President & CEO: Yasufumi Murakami, HQs: Kashiwa City, hereinafter "OMR"), through third-party allocation of shares to Realtech Fund (Representative: Akihiko Nagata, HQs: Minato-ku, Tokyo). We are pleased announced that we have raised funds of 300 million yen in total. OMR will accelerate R&D of innovative antibody engineering technology using the raised funds.
